Ipamorelin is a peptide hormone of a new generation that enhances secretion of the growth hormone and simulates the action of ghrelin in the body. It differs from previous versions of GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 in that it doesn’t increase the level of cortisol and prolactin and doesn’t increase hunger. But the main difference from the GHRPs of the previous generation is that Ipamorelin has a profound effect on the secretion of the growth hormone, as well as preserves the natural production of the growth hormone with peaks at certain times.

Releasing growth hormone associated with both inhibition of somatostatin and direct stimulation of releasing the growth hormone from the anterior part of the pituitary gland, similar to GHRP-6.

Ipamorelin is the most powerful drug of the GHRP group.

The Ipamorelin main feature is that the drug affects only a somatotropic cell; therefore, has no such “side effects” as increased appetite appropriate for GHRP-2 and increase of producing cortisol and prolactin.

The combination Ipamorelin with the peptides of the GHRH group (CJC-1295, for example) gives a synergistic effect.

Ipamorelin has the following main effects:

  • Stimulation of the growth hormone secretion;
  • Reduces fat deposits and increases muscle mass;
  • Increases muscle prominence;
  • Accelerate processes of the body recovery after physical exercises;
  • Increases bone strength;
  • Decreases the cholesterol level;
  • Skin rejuvenation;
  • Improves sleep;
  • Reduce inflammation;
  • Liver protection.

Numerous studies found no adverse effects when using Ipamorelin.
