Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor (Peg MGF) is classified as a variety of the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) and produced in the liver under the influence of the growth hormone in response to damage of muscle tissue after physical exercises.

Peg MGF helps to increase lean muscle mass due to the activation of muscle stem cells during tissue injury. The muscle growth is carried out due to hyperplasia (acceleration of cell division) and hypertrophy (increase of the cell volume).

Non-pegylated MGF after injection is split after a few minutes, and to achieve at least some effect on the drug, it would be necessary to perform injections every half-hour. Pegylation is used to increase the half-life. This is a process of joining a substance called polyethylene glycol to the protein molecule. The human body doesn’t react to polyethylene glycol that creates protection around the protein or peptide and increases its half-life.

Peg is a non-toxic inert substance with the structure and flexibility, which provide protecting the amino group. The PEG Special Agent doesn’t manifest itself in the body and is completely safe. Pegylation makes using the drug easier and more efficient, reducing the dosage and increasing bioavailability. Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor has high bioavailability; it is injected in the body 2-3 times a week and maintains a high concentration for a long time.

The effect is largely similar to that of the growth hormone, but Peg MGF doesn’t affect the cells of bone and cartilage tissues.

Peg MGF has the following functions:

  • Building up muscle mass due to hyperplasia and hypertrophy.
  • Reduces fat deposits by 4-6%.
  • Increases protein synthesis.
  • Activates the regeneration of muscle stem cells.
  • Restoration of damaged muscle tissue.
  • Increases venous drawing.
  • Increases immunity.
  • Increases endurance.
