Follistatin-344 is an autocrine glycoprotein that is produced in almost all tissues of the body. Follistatin is encoded by the FST gene.

It is a highly glycolized peptide that inhibits the gonadotropic function. Using follistatin increases the size and strength of muscles by blocking the myostatin protein (GDF-8). The drug is a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases, focusing on myostatin, a negative regulator of the muscle growth.

The drug has the following effects:

• Increases strength;
• Muscle growth;
• Increases appetite and in some cases suppresses it;
• Increases performance capability;
• Fat burning by stimulating the metabolism of brown fat cells.

Follistatin-344 is used to increase lean muscle mass and allows to gain muscle mass up to 4 kg in 10 days.
