AC-262 is a non-steroidal drug that belongs to the class of selective androgen receptor modulators of the 5th generation. The drug has a high degree of selectivity and interacts with receptors only in muscle and bone tissues, without affecting the reproductive tissues or liver enzymes. The drug was developed to treat Alzheimer’s disease and prostate cancer.
AC-262 is used by athletes to build muscles. Its effectiveness is comparable to testosterone, but it has significantly fewer side effects.
AC-262 has an anabolic activity of 0.66 and an androgenic activity of 0.27. The anabolic index is 2.44, which allows classifying this drug as effective for building muscle mass with minimal androgenic side effects.
